Labels2 - Located at the hip Osthafen, this five-story building is the area’s new architectural highlight. The flowing, curved front made from exposed concrete, along with its contemporary technical fixtures, are the modern response to this building’s surroundings. The water, the harbor, and adjacent landmarked buildings make this area a rarity in the Berlin location market.

A total area of more that 1000 m2 (variable and separable) includes expansive terraces and green areas, and serves as the new hot spot for events, conferences, and trade fairs.
