About us
Roof Beteiligungs GmbH
The Roof Beteiligungs GmbH offers different types of services in the event and gastronomy segment as an integrated overall concept with extremely versatile presentation and utilization options. The company’s portfolio includes three locations, two catering companies, a trade fair and conference organization as well as full service event services.
The newest addition to the company’s portfolio is "LABELS2", which opened in September 2009 and is located in the Osthafen area, centrally located in the heart of the city. A total area of 1000 m2 (variable and separable) includes expansive terraces and green areas, and serves as the new hot spot for events, conferences, and trade fairs. LABELS2 is located directly along the Spree River, and its Southwestern orientation as well as the front windows that can all be opened to offer unlimited possibilities to ideally combine indoor and outdoor events.
The flagship of these consolidated companies is the internationally renowned location "40seconds" with a total event area of 500 m², which can be arranged according to your specific needs, and includes two fantastic terraces. Since its opening in December 2004, 40seconds has made a name for itself because of its ideal location, the 360° view over Berlin, the approx. 500 events and its excellent event management.
"40catering" is a combination of various gastronomy services in the food and beverage industry. From 2004 to 2009, nearly 400 large and mid-sized companies have had the opportunity to experience the catering services at 40seconds. Due to a high demand for our on-site services, as well as our external events, an independent company was formed with various high-quality services revolving around catering and hospitality.
"Deli Soup" was the first branch to open its doors in 2008. It uses ecological products grown in our region to create first-rate soups, salads, quiches, and sandwiches. The menu also includes many seasonal products. The company has also created an abundant catering portfolio at attractive prices, especially for breakfast and lunch for trade fairs, conferences, conventions, and meetings. In addition, the location may also be rented for live cooking events and incentives.
Food & Beverage
With our more than five years of catering experience, we will manage the food and beverage component of your event with complete competence and exactly to your specifications. Based on your requirements, we will work together with you to develop the culinary concept of your event.
Staff
The members of our staff are highly trained, polite and very attractive.
The work clothing of our staff members is uniform and may, upon request, be adjusted to meet your requirements. Their service is visibly present, but not intrusive, and always courteous and charming.

Together with our partners, we offer high-quality furnishings and equipment for all your needs, appropriate to your event and budget.
